Denim Kimono
This one-of-a-kind patchwork kimono poncho is made of reclaimed denim with a 100% cotton flannel lining. Provides wind-resistance and warmth while still being breathable thanks to its construction from natural fibers. Innate variations in the wear and washes of the denim provide a unique color and pattern. Can be worn open or with one or both front panels slung up over the shoulders for more warmth. Gender-neutral and size-inclusive, one size fits most. Measures 52" wrist to wrist x 32" shoulder to hem.

Its mission was clear: to create branding that mirrors the elegance and simplicity of its ideas and products, while evolving into an educational and robust online store. With an emphasis on unique, recycled, and hand-sewn clothing, Domovoi Designs combines artistry with environmental responsibility, creating a brand identity that resonates with modern sensibilities.
Branding & Visual Identity
The journey toward crafting a compelling visual identity began with in-depth collaborative work, including look books, competitive research, and audits of similar companies targeting the same demographic. This rigorous process led to a branding style that distinguished Domovoi Designs while maintaining competitive relevance.
Logo Design
An important decision was whether the logo should incorporate graphical elements or rely solely on typography. Ultimately, the choice of a text-based logo prevailed for its elegance and synergy with industry trends.The logo design process involved experimenting with several serif-based fonts to identify the case and style that best represented the brand’s aesthetic. Minimal, muted natural background colors—such as off-blacks and off-whites—were selected to enhance the logo's elegance. After refining variations with font and case combinations, a unique custom-designed font evolved, tailored to the essence of Domovoi Designs. A small yet comprehensive brand guideline was developed, pairing fonts and colors to solidify the visual identity.
